explanation:
(3,3) gives 3x+2y=15, so reflexivity FAILS.

symmetric:
(1,4) satisfies as it evaluates to 11, but (4,1) does not satisfy, FAILS

transitive:
(3,1) and (1,3) satisfy, so (3,3)  should also satisfy to be transitive. but (3,3) gives 15, transitivity FAILS
